As an experienced clinician working across the lifespan in various settings with individuals experiencing a range of psychological and emotional difficulties, I provide an integrative approach to my work, including working with adolescents and adults enduring mental health problems such as:

In clinical practice, I adopt an integrative and flexible approach to tailor the psychological intervention to the clients’ particular needs and therapy goals. I am committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment and working with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time, to enable you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I provide evidence-based therapy for an individual that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I have also received further specialist training in EMDR and Schema Therapy.

During our initial session, I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space in which to freely speak about the issues you are facing and how they impact your daily life. This assessment allows me to understand the big picture of your situation – where your problems may stem from, how they affect your pattern of functioning. I will use the information gathered from this session to formulate a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs and goes to the heart of the issue.
